Maya’s Story of Transformation
When Maya first joined Empower Youth Today, she was quiet, reserved, and hesitant to participate in group activities. Her teachers described her as thoughtful but unsure of her voice. Through our leadership and creative expression programs, Maya slowly stepped out of her shell and began discovering her own power.
